Specialised electronic control cash register for petrol stations “Maria-LT-MTM-POS”

Specialized cash register “Mariya – LT – MTM – POS” is software and hardware system for accounting and management at Petrol Station and network of Petrol Stations.

The purpose of this management system:

  • Remote control of Petrol Dispensers;
  • Comprehensive account of oil products movement at Petrol Station;
  • Sales of the related goods and services at Petrol Station with warehouse accounting;
  • Data transfer to the central office to form the analytical reports.

Functional capabilities of the device:

  • Support of operation in 3 modes: “Operator filling”, “Operator control”, “Operator permission”;
  • Prohibition of fuel release if the calculating remains of fuel in the appropriate vessel is decreased till the determined critical value;
  • Separate accounting of fuel release for 99 types of payment with the possibility of external modules connection;
  • Automatic calculation of change from the received amount;
  • Visual tracing of the current mode and process of fuel release simultaneously at all filling objects of Petrol Dispensers;
  • Receiving of efficient data about Petrol Dispenser mode (total release, counters etc.), fuel volume in the vessels, fuel prices etc.;
  • Registration (detection) of fuel release “without reason”/ “emergency”;
  • Automatic blocking of fuel release from the appropriate Petrol Dispensers while pouring out of the fuel into the vessel;
  • Opportunity to input manually the real remains (level) of fuel in the vessels, or if there is a vessel – gauge system – data receiving from the vessel – gauge system;
  • Accounting of fuel movement at Petrol Station in liters and kilograms;
  • Automatic forming and printing of the shift report, reports about fuel receiving, sales with different types of payment for the period, sales of goods and services;
  • Arrangement of discount system for sales by cash.

Possibility to transfer the data base from the PC of management system to the remote PC with the following import into automation tasks; direct access to FireBird base is possible.
